- I think it was Starstruck, and I had barely heard of Lady Gaga then. I didn’t find out until months and months later that that was her song.

-  Cosmic Love is unreal.

What kind of impact has 2 left on your life?
- Oh God, the music of The Beatles is always there when I need it.The lyrics of their songs inspire me to write. Strawberry Fields Forever is my absolute favorite song of ANYTHING.

- That changed depending on my mood, but I’m going to have to go with Shimmy. Or Forest.

- Definitely. Eleanor Rigby, Yesterday, even Strawberry Fields Forever. In my Life always makes me sad when I think of how John must have felt when he wrote that song, but it’s beautiful.
